Service is deplorable They put up a front that they want your business When you want to do business with them it's their way or NO WAY They are disrepectful, will send you to the curb with out hesitation They won't even accommodate you on warrantee work / recalls Michael Servos the service manager won't even respond to your concerns. this guy would not be representing my business. Disgusting treatment from all involved! Horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional service beginning with Dave Maukonen who refused to discuss the vehicle price with me and rushed the process along as he was "going for a beer after this." In finance, Rob Chapman forgot to sign the Bill of Sale and offered no apology after an additional visit to the dealership (via the bus!!) was required for his signature. Parts are overpriced - shop around The parts department charges higher parts prices than actual Toyota Retail Prices. Be aware of this and choose another dealership for parts and service or you will overpay VS other dealerships. A required part was on my work order for $360 and it needed to be ordered. I felt this to be overly expensive, so while I waited for the part to arrive and for my scheduled appointment, I went to Canyon Creek Toyota to check their pricing. What's the point Sales staff is extremely unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment for simple tire exchange for tires on pre mounted rims. Was told there was availability but that they would need my car all day. I'm sorry but that's not availability then it should be a quick in and out appointment. The guy rudely said I could get in line with the 40 other cars that would be waiting. Um no. How about if you are to over booked to do a timely tire exchange you don't offer me an appointment!!! Way too pushy Went in one evening to take a quick look at the Scion XBs. We ended up being sat down for about half an hour while the sales person showed us the Scion website and complained how his computer was not powerful enough to run it. He told us to go home, go on the website and price it out ourselves. Which we obviously had done already, it's 2014, you think I didn't look at the cars on the website before I came in? Need better customer service Bought two trucks from Craig nice guy but knows very little about Toyota trucks, he called that the truck was ready for pick up drove there but was not, not once but twice.

Don't like it anymore Have 2010 4Runner and love it. Year after I bought it it had a rust coming out from underneath the chrome 4runner plate on the back - they fixed it for free under warranty. All was ok untill the first service after the warranty expired. I was told I have to replace all 4 brakes which the estimated for aprox. $1200 with all the differential fluids and all. What a joke. Plain and simple. Amandeep Sidhu is not to be trusted. He was selling us a vehicle, took our money for a deposit and stated if you choose not to purchase the vehicle you money will be refunded. It has been 2 months and he has been avoiding our calls, and is no where to be found. His manager states we wont give you the money back but a store credit. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure no one shops here. They are a bunch of crooks who screwed me over. They took advantage of me because I'm only 18 and they knew they could screw me. This is the worst dealership I know. No one deserves to get screwed as much as I did.
