If you want to be dissappointed then try here. They are the masters of bait and switch. I had to go down and make sure they ordered the right vehicle first. Then when I came back to sign the papers…Bam the rate and payment were way higher than what we had agreed on. I guess the expectation was I would love the vehicle so much I would pay more. Likely the worst dealership I've ever experienced. Made one deal for a Tacoma and then was switched to another at time of pick up. Lack of integrity and could care less how they treated you. Really sketchy and I wouldn't deal with them again.
If you looking to purchase a vehicle please go to another dealership, these guys are unprofessional. They contacted me about a vehicle that was already sold, they made me and my friends come in and told us that the vehicle is sold. I asked Slava about the details of the vehicle the same day and when I came in he was trying to sell me another vehicle. Scammed. free oil change but have to pay the service. lots of promises but you won't avail it.. i suggest don't buy cars here. especially to the Filipino Salesman..
Not a good experience when I gave a call to ask about a car in stock on their website. The sales person told that they can't sell that car as there was no that particular model in other dealerships. Their website has this car on stock for sale/inventory which includes vin number, stock number etc. but they won't sell that car which is in stock - very strange. South pointe toyota is the worse dealership in calgary, there Manger is so rude and loud, their service department lied to me and charged for checking my AC promising that I will be refunded if no leaks found but then they said it's passed one year and it not covered
I felt like just a number. In the end I was at least #13 instead of #2 as I was promised. I went to purchase a RAV4-Limited in December 2019, I was persuaded to wait and put a deposit on a RAV4-PRIME (expected delivery summer 2020). I was told I was the second person to put down a deposit. I accept covid-19 slowed down production. Very disappointed. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase a Toyota that is on their website 3 days ago and it's still there not saying sold. Went there at the right time today. The salesman could not find it, then told me it sold last night. I came from out of town, he could have advised me. I really doubt it sold last night as he just wanted to sell me a higher priced unit. He told me the one I wanted was a piece of crap, and I should buy a better one from him. What a Dealership scam.
