Horrible rude service desk representatives. NO care in the world about you as a person. Even when called back to pick up my vehicle, the representative was abrupt and not interested in their job. I am pulling my services from them.

Service was good until they spent so much time only to misdiagnosed my car twice (Jan and Nov 2023), as a result, I paid so much money for it, for nothing - the issue was just a simple bad fuel injector(s). They first claimed my battery was bad so I bought a new battery, but it was not the issue. $14,000 markup on in-transit GR Corolla as of October 2023. On top of that, the salesperson tried to justify their pricing by comparing to other greedy dealerships ("You understand there are a bunch in BC selling for 64k with mileage on them right?"), completely ignoring that there are also dealers selling for cheaper and at MSRP. Got a called from GM 1st week of june about my concern and ask me where is the best convenient for mr to redo the 3M protection on my 2023 tundra and i said would be red deer as im almost couple hours away from there dealership, and he told me that he's gonna talk to toytoa red deer about it and after that im trying to get a hold of the GM i leave a messege to call me back but never heard anything from him till now! I strongly advise caution when considering this dealership for pricing. During my visit, they quoted a wait time of 2 years for a Rav4 Hybrid Limited but offered an in-stock Rav4 Prime XSE at an exorbitant price of $79k, plus tax, with a $15K market adjustment, which seems like a pure rip-off. Originally booked for june at 1pm left at 5:30 pm for 3m and BSM only BSM was done i have told them my concern on tanneu cover did not figured out! As they say its normal that water get inside. I had a scheduled appointment with sales associate, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, the associate had already gone home for the day with no notice. They got him on the phone and he apologized, so I made another scheduled appointment for the next day at the same time. I showed up at the agreed upon time and he had once again gone home for the day with no notice. Absolutely absurd service.

I went to southpointe toyota to do my alignment on my 2021 taco. (thinking that they know what to do or how to do it) but end up spending 7hours waiting to their shop, spent 196bucks for not properly aligned. I was dealing with lady service advisor (i think her name is Kim, not sure) first i was talking to her and asking her about the amount that i am paying for not 100% done. I ordered a new Tundra Feb. 5,2021 and was assured that the truck would be delivered by the end of March. The truck was delivered April 16,2021, but this is not the issue. I picked up the truck a week later, and during this time South Pointe advertised the truck for sale on there website. This is a new low for South Pointe!!
