very bad experience on an ordered of a new Toyota Highlander I DO NOT recommend this dealership!

I took my 2022 GR Supra in for its last service of the year. It was supposed to be a routine oil change but since there was a recall for a software update they were going to do while it was there. Left the car there for the better part of the day as they told me that it was going to be done in the afternoon. I get a call in the afternoon saying that they weren't able to get to the update so they were going to keep it overnight and I said "sure". Bought a new Rav 4 Premium edition that was picked up at end of February, which included "Free Lifetime Oil & Filter Change". Went for my FIRST oil change yesterday, and was told to pay $80 or I could have the oil change for free if I spent over $200 on an inspection. This is a NEW vehicle and I don't need an inspection of y brakes, etc. We told the service rep. that we were promised free oil changes, and he said only if we pay over $200 for an inspection. Very poor service. I bought my car and made deal with set of winter tire. It' was in summer , before winter when I went change tire , I figure they gave upter market rim, not Toyota rim. I called them and they said the gave me cheapest rim posssible, that's why it's not Toyota rim.

Rock broke the windshield in my my 2024 Crorolla Cross, estimate to replace was$1400, got it done elsewhere for $500. Thieves. Went in for the free lifetime oil change, got charged $125 because of an inspection I had to get in order to get that oil change . Would never deal with them again.Now I’m getting some strange pop up every 5 minutes I can’t get rid of. What xxxxxxxx

No response from dealership or Toyota Canada about my 2024 Tundra concerns. Buy elsewhere. No tow hook, poor skid plates. Still not sure of promised fuel mileage. Lies of useless accessories that won’t get me around in rural Saskatchewan.

I test drove a few vehicles. The salesperson kept checking his phone and said he was behind on emails. I offered to wait in the lounge while he caught up. He declined my offer but still kept looking his phone. The salesperson said he would email me information about financing and leasing options later that day. It has been 5 days and I did not hear back. Disappointing and a waste of time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible service. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They replaced a battery just over two years ago. Before that battery replacement, the battery was doing OK but two very cold winters beat it down to much. Ever since getting the battery replaced, I have had to boost my car as soon as the temperature dropped below -15 C. The first winter I couldn't keep my battery in my car if the temperature was below -15 c or else my car wouldn't start. It made mornings horrible.
