I took my parents FJ to have it detailed as a retirement present for them. Knowing that they worked in a restaurant, the truck didn’t have a pleasant smell after the 5 years of transporting all different types of food around. Bought a brand new car starter and had it installed at South Pointe. Got a great deal and the guys were very flexible with my hours. While I was there we discussed winter tires for my 2013 Scion fr-s. That car does not move an inch in the winter without winter tires! Got a smokin' deal on some high end tires and had them installed within a day. They are really willing to go the extra mile to provide superior service. Ask for any one them, you won't regret it!
I worked out a deal on a used Sienna LTD AWD with about 60,000 KMS on it, in November 2012. The deal was approved, and we were going to do the paperwork on the contract. It turned out the vehicle had been in an accident which hadn't been disclosed previously. The damage was $14,000 in the car fax report. I have given this review a perfect score, which i have never given before for a dealership service. My rear wheel was making a grinding noise. I called South Pointe and they told me to bring it in without having an appointment and someone would look at it. It turned out a small rock got stuck in my rear brake. South Pointe performed a rear brake service and charged me nothing. I'm not sure what's involved in performing the brake service. Came in to get some upgrades for my tacoma priced...everyone was friendly and knowledgeable...Wish parts had more displays though for TRD parts especially
I bought the following Vehicles from this place: 2016 tundra limited 2017 limited four runner. My son bought a Tacoma I believe a 2015 My daughter in law bought a Rav 4 limit. Unfortunately, our experience purchasing a vehicle from Toyota South Pointe was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we felt that transparency and customer service were lacking. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Toyota RAV4 from South Pointe Toyota in Calgary, Alberta. Within just six months of ownership and fewer than 8,000 km of driving, the vehicle suffered a major engine failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
