We dealt with Rob Nessel from Sherwood Park Toyota on two separate occasions. We first bought my wifes new Highlander from Rob and came back to purchase a new 2012 Tundra and traded my 2010 Tundra. The service from Rob was unbelievable, he sold us two vehicles because of it and we would com back again. Rob was patient, not pushy and made everything so easy and with no stress. We did a lot of the pre sale by email and the salesman we were dealing with was not in when we went to buy the vehicle. He made arrangements to be taken care of by Ryan Matiushyk and we were treated very well and he did an excellent job of completing the deal on the new vehicle. Ryan is one of the best salesman I have dealt with and highly recommend him. The rest of the staff were very nice and we are very happy we went to this dealership.
I have been purchasing and selling cars for over 30 years, various makes of cars and of course dealt with numerous faces in the car world. That being said, I have yet to come across a more professional and sincere individual then Mavy at Sherwood Toyota. I would recommend Sherwood Park Toyota first and formost Witney was informative, accurate and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions that was asked of her. She took the time to listen to you as a customer and gave you what you asked, she didnt try to sell you something you didn't want. Whitney was very friendly and not at all pushy. She helped us figure out what it was we wanted. She arranged test drives quickly and found vehicles for us that were close to what we wanted. Unfortunately, the vehicles in her dealership were not what we ultimately wanted and they could not supply a vehicle to fit our needs. This was partly due to Toyota packaging (no leather on entry level Highlander Hybrid) and to limited supply of 2012 or pre-owned 4Runners. The service we recieved the second we walked in was top notch. Ryan Matiushyk was our salesman and went above and beyond in what we expected and getting us the best price possible. Ryan was very cheerful and was able to answer all of our questions that showed he clearly understands his product. I would definately buy another vehicle from Sherwood Park Toyota.
I came into Toyota looking for a new vehicle after I had been in a accident with my previous car. Whitney was professional and personal at the same time. She wasnt your typical "pushy" sales person. Very pleased with our experiance. From helping us put together what we needed and wanted, to keeping us up to date on when the van would arrive! Everyone was very friendly and always had answers! When we pick up the Van it looked fantastic and was ready to go. Before I got to leave, our salesperson went above and beyond and showed me every little thing it has and does, it is loaded!!
