Whitney was phenomenal to deal with, she got us a great price and had so much knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in, would definitely buy another vehicle from her!
Overall a great experience, Rob Nessel was very professional, prompt and easy to deal with. The layout of the dealership, selection of inventory and the play area for the kids was excellent making the buying experience almost pain free. Excellent friendy sales service and price. Got the vehicle I wanted withe the options I wanted at the price I wanted without haggling and without any high pressure tactics. Service has been excellent and the cost has been very good and at the estimated price. The vehicle was delivered when promised, clean and with the ordered options. Just bought a new Tundra at Sherwood Park Toyota and was very impressed with the dealership. Great showroom, nice selection, very friendly staff, exceptional service, especially from Whitney, who was very knowledgeable and nice, and not at all pushy. She's direct and to the point, and even offered to come in on her day off when I requested to pick the truck up a day early. Highly recommend the dealership, happy with the truck and overall purchasing experience.
