Unfair pricing and even worse attitudes Dealership gives good prices in general for used cars, but consumers beware, do not fall for the VIN etching service and their so-called Platinum Tire and Rim warranty coverage. Do yourself a favor and save the extra $1000. Worse off, the general manager called my refusal to pay for these services absurd and called everyone who says not to pay for these extras "bogus." Will not be coming to this dealership for new and used sales, nor for service.

Horrible customer service I took my car in for a regular maintenance and a recall. When i got home i noticed that there is greasy finger prints on my dash on air bag cover. The recall was about fixing air bag. I called them twice and left messages but no one had returned my call yet. Once i insisted to the operator that i would need to talk to a live person. Went for a oil change and got the car with broken side mirro The service was the most xxxxxxxx service i ever got in my life. This is last time i am going to that dealership. Came for a oil change and the mechanics broke my side mirror window. Dont know what the &$$^^$ the mechanics were doing but when the car was parked outside to pickup , i saw the side mirror broken and hanging down. terrible I purchased a vehicle on July 8. Came back to pick it up on July 15, completed all paper work and received the keys. Salesman goes to bring the car around and says it needs a new battery. I say to myself "ok, no problem it should only be 20mins". Over an hour later the salesman comes back and tells me the alternator was damaged during detailing, they'll take one off another car and put it on. Very great dealership, however very dissatisfied with seller I came to Richmond Hill Toyota for a new 2017 Camry. I was greeted by Navid. At first, he seems like a nice guy, but the more and more I talked with him, the more and more I found out that he is only there for the money! He talks out of his mouth only for the objective of scoring a deal. Nothing else. He gave me the worst customer service I have ever received, period. Unprofessional Staff I have had complications with the, Richmond Hill Toyota dealer, from the day I purchased my XRS. The last time I went there to service my vehicle, after a day of unknowns to whether or not service is to be completed, I was supposedly put on hold through a phone call, by the front desk advisor Carol, and I heard her gossiping to an employee about my mother and I; using profanity. Will not return Not friendly, staff are rude. They seem like they're always too BUSY for you, and yet customers are the reasons they have JOBS! The hours are inconvenient. Every dealership I know of has at least 1 late night a week. These guys don't. Clearly they don't like customers. Definitely won't recommend and won't return..
Poor customer service Service due to recall. Dealer should know exactly what has to be fixed. After waiting for more than 1 hour during the first visit, I was told by Mr. Brad Scherer that the required parts were missing and had to be back ordered.
