I took my car in for a recall on a door harness. When I got my car back my windows among other things did not work. Nothing was wrong with my car before going in for the recall. It sounded like a fuse issue and so when I went to see if a fuse had blown while servicing the door harness the fuse for the windows was missing. Kiran Uchil provides horrible service. No one has the right to be upset about anything because he will take it personally and tell you to stop speaking because he deserves respect as he is a human being.
When calling service you get someone that will book a service appointment for you, that Is reasonably fast...not on hold too long. However yesterday I asked over many calls to talk to a service advisor, which you get put in que and after say 10 minutes get a message to leave a message. After many attempts, no service advisor ever answers the flipping phone. I had a very bad experience. I bought a used car, and they lied to me about many things just to make the sale. After the sale, they showed no concern for the customer and did not respond to my calls. They forced me to buy expensive items in order to obtain bank approval.
I had a very bad, humiliating and insulting experience at Richmond Hill Toyota. My recent encounter with Toyota Richmond Hill has left me disgusted. Initially, I visited the dealership for an oil change and to address a transmission oil leak, during which the dealership service advisor Ronald Cheung indicated that certain parts would require replacement. Poor service, I had a very bad experience with oil change. Kiran uchil from the service department asked me to give him a good review which is very cheap. I will never recommend this Toyota dealership for oil change. Zero customer service, I will never come back to this dealership
IGOR SAPOJNIKOV is a great professional sales person. The service is the worst I ever had experience with: Horrible unprofessional service. 2022 Highlander had a external water leak from rain & carwash thue roof rail. after fixing, they forgot to put back sunroof rubber seal, has to come back and been told that I have to book another appointment. Completely ridiculous.
