Terrible Service Condescending and unprofessional I am astonished how this man is in the automotive industry. He knows absolutely nothing about cars and only cares about the sale, does not care AT ALL about the customers. Will never bring my business back to this man I regret I ever met him, there is a reason there is only 1 other review on him and it is 1 out of 5. Highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
No sense to give customer service. Very disappointed Very disappointed. Employees like Frank destroys the image of a reputed dealership. Let me tell you I am not going to stop here and tell about this experience to each and everyone I know. The world is not that small my friend.

Very poorly run service reception I visited RHT recently for a maintenance service and was greeted with an overrun and clearly understaffed service reception. There was no one really greeting customers and after 15 minutes of not having anyone available or offer to help I left. This was my first and last visit to RHT and I would recommend you find somewhere else to have your car serviced unless you want to be ignored and generally treated poorly. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had, Toyota or otherwise.

Dis-satisfied! I sent a complaint via email and left a voice-mail for the General Manager with no response. A trustworthy dealership would deal with a consumer complaint or concern immediately. An estimate was received for collision damage of roughly $4000 which was inflated by an hourly rate of $115. The damage was not that extensive as the repairs to the other vehicle were less than $1000. Horrible Customer Service STAY AWAY from the Service Dept. I am a loyal Toyota customer that deals primarily with the Aurora Dealership. I scheduled an oil change appointment at the Richmond Hill Toyota and experienced the worst customer service. Go buy your car somewhere else, very unsatisfactory experien High pressure sales, the sales person, Clive Cheung, only care about selling you the car. Won't even let you see the car, not to mention test driving it. The business manager is also high pressure sales. $1,000 for rust proof? Really? I won't go there ever again to shop for my car, terrible experience. A nightmare.
Extremely poor quality of work and unprofessionalism. Stay away from their Service Department. The quality of workmanship is very very poor. Their technicians just butcher the cars. I purchased two cars from them - Camry for myself and Rav4 for my wife. After cleaning the Injector on Camry discovered fuel soaked rugs under my hood when got home (i was lucky they did not catch fire from the hot engine).
