Finanve force you to buy their stupid anti rust module. I wanted to get removed but the so call manager said its already installed and hard to remove. Mean while its only wire that connected to the negative battery. Eric Liu(rate will be 10) is good sales person but the finance woman Benni Saleh is pushy person and force you to buy something. Next time I know what to do.

I would like to share my bad experience with Toyota company. I paid deposit in advance but I decided to cancel the deal before pick up the car but tony ( Sales manager)told me you can’t give your money back, you must take the car or your deposit going to be hold here until one they you buy a car from Toyota Richmond hill, I am international student and I need my money to pay my tuition fee

Paid for everything but they owe me a set of car key In short, on 22 Jan 2019, I was trying to buy a used car for my mother and told the sales executive that my mother will be the owner of the car. I paid $1,000 deposit and said will pick up the car on the Saturday and he said everything will be ready by then. Preowned department sucks Don't trust pre owned department. Assistant manager Tom Pitsicos don't keep this word. Bruce Potterton (sales person) don't know Toyota product. Sucks. How come? All what they can said-"it's great car". Toyota is GREAT car but this people, working for Richmond Hill Toyota not. Very sad. This is one of the big Toyota dealership in Ontario. So, think twice. service wasn't done properly In past I checked several Toyota dealerships and Richmond Hill Toyota was best....until today. It was just oil and filter change. It also include lubricate latches, top up fluids (as required), etc. It wasn't done. I asked to do it and felt like I'm asking extra services to do? Absolute Nightmare!!! We wanted to buy a Toyota Camry Hyrbrid. We were given a VIP appointment with a Sales person to do the test drive. So one Saturday we went there all the way from Brampton and took the test drive. Cheating with work orders It became when I serviced my car last year. I payed attention on the mark in my front wheel when I left the car for oil change and wheels rotation. As per work order all wheels were rotate. But I saw the marked wheel was on the same place. Employees denied to talk about it. I've complained to manger and got some apology and wheels rotated.
