Not a nice experience We went to Richmond Hill Toyota dealer for a pre-owned vehicle, We were interested in Toyota Venza after a test-drive. As we noticed a previous damage repair insurance claim on the Venza we were interested, we requested q price drop. Mr. Stevens received us, he did not agree with the pric we asked for. However we experienced something we had never had, Mr. Stevens was rude and hash dealing me and my wife. Customer irrespect and Unapproriate attitude I came the second time to this dealership to finalize the deal (corolla new) with my salesman, the salesman saw that I'm prepared and he figured to bring the Manager in (Andrew). Horrible Service Brought car in with 2 mirrors...left with 1. Dave twists words and lies. After my mirror was damaged, the techs at this dealership decided to cut the harness on my mirror. The proper way would have been to remove the door panel which consists of 2 screws. End of the day, I have never seen a positive review for this dealership online. I'm sure there are more customers out there who feel this way.
