My parents took home a Toyota did not feel pressured. Clive Cheung is very knowledgeable and helpful in everything Toyota . We felt like we could trust him. I seldem write a review. But for a hardworking dealership like Richmond Hill Toyota. I have waiting too long for there new building which is coming to be Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill. I already purchase my first Toyota 2009 (brand New) and Just Christmas of 2013 I buy my 2014 Rav 4. If you ask me why? After several weeks of visiting dealers and shopping for a 2010 Toyota Sienna I was ready to give up. The deceit and games these dealers played were unbelievable. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from them and was told that the vehicle had only 50,000 km and had never been painted or repaired. Later, I discovered that the actual mileage was around 80,000 km. When I raised the issue, I was told it was a “typing mistake.” A discrepancy of 30,000 km is not a simple typo and seriously raises concerns about the accuracy of the information provided to customers. Called the dealer and got a price yet when I came in I was quoted another price.. was told we only sell cars with rust protection and the price was $1998 more!!! Scam BUYER BEWARE

Absolutely terrible service of Toyota Richmond Hill. A simple oil change took over 2.5 hours and that was after I started complaining to service advisor J.Yearwood. They kept the car in the service for two hours. Why? For what? Than they drove it back to the registration area,put it on the ramp and started changing the oil. It took 20 min. I do not advise anyone to use RHT service. You will only waste your time.I am outraged by their service.
I had a very bad experience at Richmond Hill Toyota today. I complained that the car jerks forward when I apply the brake. This happened about a year ago when the car was under warranty and it was apparently fixed that time. However, the problem came back so obviously it wasn't properly corrected. This time the car was not under warranty anymore and the service lady told me it would take 2.2 hours to calibrate and would cost $341. I agreed.
