patsiu111@hotmail.com Timing of service vehicle is accurate. Service agent is helpful. New facility is good. I am far from this location but I think it worth it If the service attitudes is keeping up.

Great service all the time I would specially wish to recommend MR Brad Scherer Service Advisor. He is very helpful and really enjoy helping clients. He should be rewarded with the Toyota merit award if it exists. I personally wish to recommend Brad and guide me where should I send my appreciation letter ? Thanks Najeeb 647 286 5172

I had a strong feeling that I'm not welcome there. I've arrived without appointment to do an oil change. Service man was rude, nobody checked my tire pressure (I still have warning light on my dashboard), nobody washed my car. I've been told that next time I should come by appointment only. Took Service Manager's business card and sent him an email trying to explain what happened but he didn't reply. Great job RH Toyota!

Absolute terrible service I called the dealership to see if they accept walk ins today (Saturday) which they said they did. I come to the dealership and they told me they can't accept service today. Complete waste of my time and I will never do business with this incompetant dealership again. The service guys name is Sam Nazemi.

History Lesson I've had one completely negative and one questionable experience at your service department when it was in South Richmond Hill. Once I went into a completely empty service area with one consultant on duty - I suspect some labour difficulties, because the man on duty was quite stressed. Another woman was waiting also. rudness and impolitely speaking I had an appointment for the service of my Sienna 2014 on Saturday10th of September 016 at 1:45 PM . I reached exactly on time driving from Bradford (new address) but I still wanted to have my service at your location . Service Review Took my camry for check up as it was making some noise, After examination I was told nothing is wrong.. HeHe the car is still making noise

they are the worst In April of 2016 I bought a Brand New 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5, about a week after driving the car, we started to notice that the sonar sensors were going off at the most random and unnecessary times. So we took the car to the Nearest Toyota to us, which happened to be the centre where we bought the car. After the first time we went to Toyota they said they had fixed the problem, everything is fine and that the car is now safe to drive, but the sensors had not been fixed (sensors were still going off) Later ... read more

They don't listen except to grab your money. Said I didn't want anything done or touched except an oil change. Service advisor came back more than once with things that should be replaced or fixed. If I said don't touch my car except for the oil change, why are they doing what I specifically asked not to do? Told me battery corrosion would cause car not to start. So we had it done...only to try to start the car in their lot right after picking it up and it made a horrid noise and didn't start on the first try. Also told me I... read more
