I called the dealership regarding purchasing and installing all season tires, I had received a quote from a competitor but heard about their price match guarantee. I spoke with their parts department this morning and was told they can’t match that. The difference is about $116. So they lost $1200 in business and any future business because of that. Furthermore I contacted Toyota head office regarding their misleading and fraudulent ads.
This location is terriible! Just because you booked an appointment to change tires, doesn't mean they'll have the tires. They won't have them today, but they will offer to keep you waiting until literal closing time. They'll offer a "free" rental, for which you'll of course have to pay and they won't bother reimbursing or really responding to you. If this is the kind of service you crave, look no further, this location is perfectly terrible, but hey, they have free coffee.
Horrible experience with this dealership. Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge specially one of the sales rep. who is very impolite and unprofessional. I had to deal two times with him when I leased my car 4 year ago and when it was due to release it. No one cares and there is no manager responsible for their sales rep. actions. I locate and bought a 2022 TACOMA from Richmondhill Toyoyta while I live in Whitby reason hard to find one rightaway. This dealership had on returned and i found it through market place , drove all the way and bought it. Refusal to give back a $1000 deposit for a vehicle that was only withheld for 3-4 days. They did not provide a reason nor breakdown of expenses the dealership ate in that short period of time. They also did not perform ANY services to the vehicle between deposit placing, and cancellation of order. No amount of money was spent aside from having the vehicle taken off of listings for that short period of time. i took my Camry car for a particular noise the diagnosed so many items to be fixed and i specified to do the work that eliminates the noise i was promised that ounce they replace the rock arms there will be no noise WRONG $1,700 later the noise is still there, i took it back same thing i gave up on them completly .

He is unprofessional and rude person that gave me false information about my contract. He does not care with the customer and my issue at all. The good reviews here are fake or paid. Rocco and Ashraf draw customers in based on fake listings, only to say that the car is sold, which is such a pathetic tactic especially during COVID. Telling a person a car is there one day before, then in the morning and then 10 minutes before the meeting, only to say it is sold 10 minutes later when you arrive at the dealership. Awful. Booked an appointment with our family to purchase a car, and was asked to wait outside as they did not mention they were only able to have two people per sales person at a time. We agreed to leave as we understood the covid concerns however Tony was extremely aggressive with our party of four even though we called in advance to book the appointment.
