Completely unprofessional First time customer at this dealership. Came in Tues night to test drive a used corolla with 10 000 km listed on website. Shown the car but my husband noticed 60 000 km on odometer. Dealership looked into it and reported there was an error in the website write up. Tom came over to let me know that by chance a similar car is coming in the next day and he would hold it for me and guaranteed car would not be shown to anyone before I see it. Great! Dishonest, impatient and not professioanl.at all I do not think Ronnie deserve even one star, but I have no choice. As a matter of fact, I have been with this service center for last 12 years, and have been pretty happy with the services until I have come cross Ronnie. He lied to me that he did fixed the noise problem and charged me significant amount of money. However I realized on the spot that he simply throw away the part that cause the noise. And much more.... Worst auto service experience Too my car there first they gave one quote for inspection later charged me twice , no explanation , no care to my repeat calls . Avoid them.

Bad / poor/ pathetic new car buying experience Toyota cars are excellent, but to a customer the overall experience of buying a new car matters... that you shouldn’t expect from Richmond Hill Toyota, when you go for buying a new car with them. The overall agency is good after sales service is at par but a few Sales Representatives are spoiling the reputation of RH Toyota in particular and the Toyota cars in General. Customer service Not sure about the sales department, but the service desks are not organized very well . It is not first come first service. People can cut in line. Why they can't just give out a number??? Some of the staff just chatting there and ignore customers are waiting. When being asked, they just say u can wait other desks. It is unprofessional.

Be careful what you sign Initial visit was fine but if you have follow up questions won't answer them directly. Warranty person Jeff L will sell you extended warranty on a new car you don't need and you can't get out of if you sign. Very rude person to speak to. Talks down to you and patronizes you. Be careful. Very disappointed with follow up service and do not recommend. If I knew I was going to be treated this way I would have never gone with toyota period.

Selling a used car that wasn’t safe for the road Bought a used 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Richmond Hill Toyota. Was told they changed both front tires due to safety and the rear tries still good for few years. Took my car to my own mechanic to change winter tires and found out that both rear tires had cracked though out the whole tires. Took the car back to Richmond Hill Toyota the next day and was told tries are still good even with cracks on them and also told that they are still good for at least 4 more years. Ripping people off for services they didn’t need My sister bring her car in for a 48,000 km service they did all the necessary work but they also did a lot of unnecessary work that does not recommend it’s by Toyota Canada very dissatisfied and my sister is never going to bring the back car back to Richmond Hill Toyota

Not satisfied with customer service I purchased a Toyato Corrolo from this dealership last week and I did not have a good experience. The customer service was very poor. The financial advisor treated me as if I was getting a car free of cost and when I declined his offer (rust paint ) for my car, he got angry for no reason and started to show me his attitude. I did not expect that I would be treated this badly. Therefore, based on this experience, I would not recommend my friends to do business with this dealership.
