The service was excellent as usual, @ staff are wonderful. I had the car Dealership drive me home and then pick me up when the car was ready. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful.

Installing Block heater and winter tires I had a block heater installed in our 2019 Rav4 on Tuesday, however the cord which I received is not long enough to reach the Power Outlet at our Apartment Building. Is there another one that is longer.? It is about 3-4 feet too short. Thank you.
Always good service! Of course, the RAV is a great vehicle, but it would not be worth it if there was bad service! Service is excellent and I will continue to buy Toyotas I think.

service 2 I was in and out in no time way to go Toyota The maintenance part went really well they even showed me where the oil filter was so I can change my oil when I want to only issue was the person washing the truck spent way to much time on the phone thats what break time is for.
Shane Grant is an excellent representative. He always goes out of his way to go the extra mile for his customers! He provided options and flexibility so we could get the car that we wanted. Excellent!
