Courteous and knowledge. Very pleased. The courtesy shuttle driver was excellent and created a friendly environment with his conversation with all of us. I am very pleased.
Service 1 and install Winter tires Service 1 and change tires from Seasonal to Winter. Service was done promptly and car was ready when promised. They didn't have the tires I wanted but special ordered them without any issues.

Easy to book in for service! I booked into get my winter tires on. Dropped off the car on the day and the car was ready shortly after. They even washed the car for me! Everybody I talked to was friendly as well.

New Purchase We purchased a new RAV4 and were very happy with the professional service and pleasant, low key manner of Nick Saucier, our sales person. His communication was excellent throughout the weeks-long process of making our final decision, anwering questions and returning phone calls promptly. And he continues to offer support even though we already have the vehicle at home!
