AMAZING EXPERIENCE I took my is250 to Lexus on the park as a last resort. Considering the fact that Downtown Lexus couldn't accommodate to me. It ended up to be the best decision ever. Greg Mugford was very professional. He made me feel confident that they could fix the problem. Not only did they do an exceptional job with my car, they were able to do it under warranty. What an amazing experience and amazing service.

"Servicing of my Lexus GS300/2006" I bought my used Lexus GS300/2006. Pak Chan gave me very good explanations for my car. he had refered me to Kevin Fam to take care my case. Always a great experience when bringing my car in from the moment I pull in to picking up my vehicle. Great service! Great staff.

Amazing service I took my car to Lexus on the Park because one morning my car didn't start. I phoned the roadside assistance and had help in 30mins. I knew I left the inside light on all night but I took the car to Lexus on the park to see if anything was wrong. Not only did they do a full diagnostic that day but they also washed my car! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly. Lexus on the Park takes customer service seriously; they care about their customers. Thanks Lexus!

Problem with Console (below) plus Regular Service Garage door opener from underground parking was jammed into console so the whole unit had to be removed in order to open it. Was due for service. Experience great. Waited, so no rental vehicle required. Breakfast voucher. Service completed faster than estimated. Thanks.

Lexus On The Park Makes Me Happy and Proud My experience have always been excellent. Professional and friendly staff, prompt service and beautiful location. Instead of sitting on the black chair, I love to walk around the showroom and check out the newer model cars. I'm always provided with a loaner and get to experience driving the newer model car. Proud to own a Lexus RX350.
