Excellent experience from beginning to leaving with new car We were treated in a friendly and knowledgeable manner in addressing all questions directed to choice of model. At no time were we pressured to make our decision. Upon deciding which model and colour,and discovering the in stock model had been sold , another was found elsewhere within two days and was readied with proper paperwork including transfer of plates in less than an hour of arrival. Excellent customer service! Tom really took care of us! Tom listened to our requests and was passionate about finding the perfect car for us. Tom is amazing and we will not hesitate to send our friends and family to him. If you go to this dealership, you will be well looked after and you will leave feeling special. We didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase either. You definitely will not get the attitude and bad customer service you will get at Parkview BMW.

Customer Service:Josie Allen I was having difficulties with my Bluetooth function on my new 2015 Lexus IS250. I dropped in to the Sales Centre on a busy Sat. afternoon - met with Josie Allen who quickly solved my problem - really an issue with my blackberry. But she is a Delivery Specialist and proceeded to give me a great "orientation" to my car - pointing out features I was not aware of. What a great service - Thank you, Josie!
