Yet again excellent service at Lexus on the Park Brought in my IS 250AWD and my Toyota Sequoia to switch from winter tires and do routine servicing. As usual, for both visits the service was impeccable, friendly and the final invoice amounts were very reasonable.

Awesome Experience This awesome team at Lexus On The Park made my experience in identifying, purchasing and through to delivery of my RX 350 so wonderful. The hospitality was great. Trade in and purchase used car We dropped off a 2002 Toyota Corolla and a 2006 RX400h for tire change. The Toyota needed extensive repairs so we trade both cars for a 2012 RX350, recommended by Ben. Second car from Lexus on the park. I went in just to discuss damages that occurred with my car, 9 months left and kms over on my lease. Thinking I'm up the creek without a paddle. Very professional white glove service! Everybody at this dealership is committed to customers having a great experience. We felt understood, listened to and looked after. When done rust was discovered on the Lexus 450h hatchback area they were swift to organize getting it dealt with at their cost. Pleasant Experience Christine as a sales lady and Trevor as sales manager both were great and I had very good experience with them in my negotiations .
