Execllent Customer Service I can not say enough about the wonderful customer experience I had with all the employees I encountered at Lexus on the Park. Benjamin was great, no pressure and very informative, made some suggestions and recommendations that I found very useful and a different prespective. Josie was also great when I came to pick up my car. She spent the time with me to go over everything in the car and had lots of patience, although everything in it is straigt forward. Love my EX 350.

Received an honest deal, great customer service On Feb. 27, 2015 purchased an ES350 from Tom Homewood. Negotiations with Tom were pleasant, efficient and professional. On delivery, I dealt with Josie Allen, delivery specialist, who was most knowledgeable, explained to me the intricate technical details in simple language. Very articulate and easy to follow. Highly recommend both individuals.

Service They collected my car and dropped it back after the service, which is a huge convenience. They fixed my flat ture but didn't test it, so there still appears to be a slow leak. They fixed everything I'd requested, but didn't use their initiative to fix things I hadn't mentioned (but which should have been obvious). The service was great.

AMAZING.. Just bought the new 2015 RC F sport on Saturday. WOW, what a car and I look forward to many great years driving it. However the best part is the service I continue to receive at Lexus on the Park. Service - above and beyond I had my 8,000 km service recently. Making the appointment was easy and convenient. Arrived ahead of schedule and was well received. Service was completed sooner than estimated. The facility for customers choosing to wait while the service is being done is the best I have experienced at any auto facility.
