Bought another Lexus As Lexus owners, we are already familiar with the quality of cars and quality of service that customers get when they partner with Lexus on the Park. We own an LS430 and just bought an RX350. We love them both!

Oil change letdown As usual the service was great. Even the car wash was outstanding. The only thing detracting from the experience was was the notice I received from Lexus Canada which at first glance appeared to be a coupon for a free oil change. On careful examination the coupon became a mere invitation to an oil change. Although chagrined I was well treated by Marlon and Sarice.

Purchased IS 250 AWD in February - Extremely Satisfied This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Lexus On The Park. This time we just purchased the new IS 250 AWD 2015 model. Very pleasant experience This review is based on our experience in buying an RX350 in Feb 2015, and involves 3 trips at different times. We had a 2005 RX330 and so were quite familiar with the product. We started our quest in late 2013 and dealt with Lazar Lazarovski a couple of times over the next year. LEXUS ES350 PURCHASED We bought our 2015 ES350 at LEXUS ON THE PARK for a good deal. The service was exceptional. David was our salesman. Replacement of glove box locking mechanism. The service department replaced the locking/closing mechanism on my glove box in a timely and very satisfactory fashion. I was very happy with my dealings with the service manager, Abid Shivji.

First maintenance service better than expected I brought my 2014 IS250 in for it's first service on Feb 24th. I've had it since October & absolutely love it. I live in Brampton but brought my car all the way to Scarborough for service because of the way this phenomenal & professional team conducts itself. The service took roughly 2.5 hours & I was also set up with an ES350 as a loaner vehicle. Really appreciative of the way Lexus on the park treats it's clients. Thanks Arthur Marcelino
