Abid took lead to resolve issue I have been a Lexus on the Park loyal customer for many years and they have been providing reliable service to keep my IS250 running flawlessly. On April 4/2015, my service adviser Marlon told me that the passenger front tire which I brought 6 months ago had a bulge on it, was not covered by any warranty. He tried his best but beyond his authority. Great help in difficult situation My tire blew out the night before and I brought it in to get it fixed/replaced under the tire/rim protection program that I purchased with the car. As I had no appointment, I wasn't given a time frame of when the fix would be done, but Brian was kind enough to try and work out a quick turnaround time. I was quickly out in an hour and my tire was replaced as part of the program. Throughout the process, Brian was helpful and informative giving me updates on the service. Thanks!

Excellent Customer Service From the initial sales service to the handover of the keys, our experience was excellent. Not only was everyone we encountered helpful, they were also very nice and pleasant to deal with. very comforting and feeling good I changed my Rx350 to Is 250 AWD yesterday. So far I am a loyal customer f Lexus (On The Park) I was extremely satisfied with David Lee who I met for the first time .He was excellent in all aspects of care deals .Lazar (financing) was very competent ,clear in explaining all terms/conditons. Customer service par none. Dwayne Chin is and has gone above and beyond. There were a couple hiccups on pickup day but he has more than made up for it. Being in the customer service industry myself he sets a high bar and I am very confident that I picked the right dealership and I was looking @ Mercesdes Bens and BMW. Dwayne listens to me. To the point that he knew it was my car and not my husbands. Special heads up to Josie Allen (terrific). Great work team.
