A great experience I shopped around extensively before purchasing and it was an easy decision to trust Kevin with my business. Courtesy and Excellent Service Always a welcoming feel at Lexus On The Park. Both Stephen and Josie were courteous and patient and answered all our questions promptly. Excellent Customer Service and friendliness. I like how Josie took the time to explain how the navigation system and other features work. Very good, no hassle dealership Yin knew we meant business and treated us with great quick service. He was extremely hospitable and even treated my little kids to a quick lunch from the on site cafeteria. You want someone that will cut through the nonsense and get to the point, Yin is your guy. We received New car treatment on our used car purchase Just purchased our first Lexus. It is 3 years old but our treatment from Lexus on The Park was a very positive experience. Ben Momayez and Anthony Trasmundi were low pressure and thoroughly answered all our queries. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. On taking delivery Josie Allen expertly got us acclimatized to the main features of our new vehicle to put us at ease before we drove away. All and all a very positive experience
