No surprises You know what you get when you bring in your vehicle for service. The best people and process, with a culture of accountability and honesty. The only issue was that I had to wait over an hour for my rental car, which was not Lexus on the Park staff.

Stand behind their work. Had a bit of a snag crop up related to work that was done 6 months ago. Lexus on the Park corrected the problem immediately without any argument. I should have brought my car back to them FIRST!

Excellent service I purchased my used 2009 Lexus LS460 from Lexus on the Park and have come here frequently for my servicing needs. The service department here is excellent and know their job. Once in the past I had a problem (grinding bump noise from rear car when going over any bumps). I went to a different Lexus dealership and they supposedly repaired the problem. waited for long time I took my appointment through the phone a month ago and they told me when I get there they will give me a rental car while my car is in the service. When I got there I gave them my car then they told me there is no car available right now so I have to take a Toyota Corolla instead of Lexus ES as we discussed. I did not like the idea so I refused and they mad me wait for a long time.
