This was our first experience at Lexus on the Park Our experience was superior to any we've had in the past. Benjamin Momayez was knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive throughout the process of looking around the dealership, test-driving, and eventually purchasing our RX 350. He really knew the vehicle, and answered all of our questions whether in person or by phone. Eric Kuo was friendly and helpful .When he didn't know the answer to any of my questions he asked.his colleagues. The purchase negotiation was not a bad experience .I was treated fairly and I think that the manager assumed that i had some intelligence.. I got exactly the kind of vehicle that I was looking for.

Initially I had bad service, and was quite unsatisfied, but John De Sousa and Kevin Fam turned that around. I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received henceforth and will definitely be referring this dealership to others. Both John and Kevin personally addressed all my requests and continue to follow up just to make sure everything is perfect. This was my first purchase at Lexus on the park, but definitely not the last.
