Seat Warmers Thank you for taking the time to explain why my seat warmers were sub-optimal. I knew they weren't as warm as other cars I have owned, The Lexus Service rep I had seen at another Dealership told me that the seat warmers were working fine, and that they were even too hot for him to sit in! Battery failure My car wouldn't start - roadside assistance got me started - went to dealership and asked if they could check the car. TGhey took the car without appointment and within an hour let me know that there was corrosion on the battery posts and that they had cleaned them and the car was good to go. NO CHARGE and a smile! Very happy customer My experience with this dealership was excellent. My husband and I had a list of dealerships to visit to look for my new (used) car. We were so happy with the salesman Ben, and the vehicle that he showed us that we bought the car that day. Ben is a very trustworthy salesman. Ben lead us to Anthony in the finance department.
