Extremely Satisfied I met with Sue at Lexus of London, and she spent a considerable amount of time asking me questions to determine the best vehicle for my needs. I was debating between Audi and Lexus. Sue’s consistent follow up and quick answers to my questions with no pressure to buy was eventually what made me decide on the Lexus IS300. I have had it for just over week and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I look forward to coming back for an upgrade in the near future!

Lexus of London - great dealership From Start to finish everything was handled professional. Each person I dealt with listened to what I had to say. They wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. Any questions that I had, were answered except if the answer wasn't known and then they made sure that I got the answer before I left. Outstanding Service Recently had a recall on my GX for the Curtain Shield Airbags, Romeo thoroughly explained temporary remedy and followed up with replacing the airbag control module. Always great service and my GX was immaculately cleaned upon return.

LOVE my new Lexus RX350 F Sport 3 and Rick Watson We just can't say enough about how happy we are with the whole process of buying our new Lexus!.
