Great Experience I recently got my 2017 IS300 at Lexus of London, and must say it's a great ride! Dealership staff were nice and friendly. Rick, my sales advisor/agent, made my experience so smooth. Exceptional Service Kudos to the Lexus of London staff for going above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Recently I went in for routine service and a issue was found during inspection that had so far not caused any problems. They made arrangements to bring my car in to fix this issue while it was still under warranty, provided me with a substitute vehicle that they brought to my home 45min away from the dealership and had my car done on time, inspected and even did a great cleaning job for me!
