Fast, efficient, friendly service This was my first time using this dealership and I was very impressed with their service. The staff were very friendly, I was checked in for my service with literally no wait time, and my car was ready exactly when promised. People nice, professional Actually Lexus was not my first choice, I have been shopping around for couple weeks and visited several dealers already before I came to Lexus. Amazing thing is I made decision to buy Lexus within 2 hrs since I entered Lexus showroom and met Sue Vincent, She is so nice and patient, spent so much time to introduce the cars to me. Not only the cars itself, but also the financing issues. Very professional and patient. I DO recommend this dealership.

Great Service Shopping for a used car at Lexus London & had the privilege of meeting & discussing my purchase options with Rick Watson. Great Experience I brought our company vehicle into Lexus of London for an oil change and other maintenance. Had a great experience with Henry; was set up promptly with a rental vehicle and called continuously for updates on when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Would highly recommend!
