Impressed! Polite, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable. on time. These are the catch words of my recent experience with Romeo Nissan. Even accompanying me to my car and helping me with queries I had regarding some of the "gadgets". A fine ambassador for London Lexus and the Lexus brand!

Great service Great warranty service. Was provided a loaner, service was done on time, and came in below cost. Followed up during the day to provide a status update and ensured the car was waiting for me so I didn't have to wait.

Routine Service over the top It never ceases to amaze me that no matter how simple or how complex the service event is. The staff and Lexus of London always deliver 110%. Just went in for an oil change and winter tire swap out. Of course the SUV got a nice hand wash and interior wipe down. Thanks very much Drew and the entire service team!

New Vehicle I had a fantastic experience dealing with Stephanie at Lexus of London when buying my new Lexus NX. She went over the top with returning phone calls, emails, etc in a timely manner. "Stress free Buying Experience" Stephanie was prompt in returning all of my initial e-mails and included all of the information requested the very first time.
