got second car from lexus of london My dealer Jack ji is really nice and helpful , I got my first Lexus IS 250 last year from him . He gave me a reasonable price . I am impressed by his professional knowledge of cars and his attentive service. So I decided to trade in my old Lexus and got a new IS . It is easy to talk with him and do the paperwork . He will give customer the best price as he can .

Always pleased TomHiscott and Lexus of London Tom has always treated us far and is there to help. This is the 3'rd Lexus that we have purchased with his help. He's always there it help when needed. Has great knowledge of the product he sells. The dealership is always spotlessly clean. The staff is there to help and ready to help. The staff is never "in your face" but do ask how they can help in professional manner. I'll continue to purchase from Tom and Lexus of London.

Absolutely awesome. My 2009 LS was in for detailing and to have the ceramic treatment for the paint. When the service was complete I'm certain the last time the car was that clean was the day it came off the line. Absolutely nothing was missed. Grass from my golf clubs that was on the underside of the truck gone. Several marks on the side from people in parking lots opening their doors gone. Respectful, fast and excellent service We had some issues with our account and these two Rick and Lindsi stayed with us from the beginning to the end.
