Amazing Experience Got my very first car at Lexus, and I can't love it anymore! I am so glad that I worked with Jack and Helen, cuz they are just amazing! Jack was an absolute expert! I barely have no knowledge of cars, but he was patient enough to answer all my concerns and gave me the best option. Professional Services I like the service that my car was delivered to my place. Plus Jack and Helen are very friendly and considerate. The service is very professional. Although we had a bit miscommunication, overall it was a good purchasing experience.

Always exceptional service I can't imagine a better experience with a service department...unless it was free!!! I've been dealing with them for 6 years now, and every time has been just great. The service advisors are always helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with, and know and remember you by name. No surprises. service and tire change Dealt with Karen she is excellent with me the customer. She had questions when I left she called me and explained everything to me instead of going ahead with anything my vehicle. When I arrived back she showed me the part that needed to be replace. She is very knowledgeable.
