Excellent service I truly appreciated how Rick did not pressure me into buying anything from the start and was VERY helpful in the whole process of purchasing a car for myself even though I may have given him a bit of a hard time lol Also I felt calm and relaxed throughout the whole experience with Lexus. awesome Took my car for service, THey kept me informed all the time and now I don't have to worry something may go wrong. I know everytime I bring my car in they will look everything over to make sure it is in top running condition. Love the dealership

Unbelievable Service I cannot say enough good things about the level of service for Lexus of London and particularly dealing with Romeo Nissan. I bought a pre-owned Mazda from them, and after about 2 months I was having issues with the hatchback. Despite them being under no obligation to fix the vehicle as it wasn't under warranty, they took it in not once, but twice to make sure it was fixed properly. Professional and efficient Stephanie very quickly assessed our situation. While we were researching vehicles, we were unsure what exactly we were going to do and we’re seeking further information. Needed a replacement car. We had dealt with Sue in 2016 on our first purchase of an ES350. We loved our car but needed to replace it after year & a half as a careless driver took out the drivers side of the car & the insurance company wrote the vehicle off. Sue was able to track down another ES350 very quickly & give the insurance company all the information they needed to complete our claim.
