Great experience, great car! We had a great experience purchasing an ES from Sue! She was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We were in touch with Sue through visits, phone calls and emails and she was always available to answer questions. Love Lexus of London, love our new ES!!!

Extremely comfortable!! I have never felt so comfortable before in my life when buying a new car. This is our 5th new vehicle and most sales rep I feel are nice to you because they want to maximize sales for themselves but not with Sue. Great Experience Probably the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Stephanie was clear and transparent with our dealings together and absolutely got me an excellent deal on my new lease as well as helping me get out of my other lease with no early termination penalties. Excellent support during decision to purchase/lease a new RX Stephanie responded to my email immediately when I was initially looking to make a decision to purchase a Lexus.
