Fantastic! My sales executive was Rick Watson - friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, a pleasure to deal with and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend him and Lexus of London no problem - simply Fantastic!! A great service experience, as usual Our Lexus was in for a 240000 km service (yes the number of zero's are correct). It did require some major work, but we were allowed to keep the loaner over the weekend, The dealer is in London but we live in Sarnia, so getting the car(s) back and forth could have been a problem, especially since one of us was going into the hospital on Monday. Great experience Everything was finished on time and information given to me about my car. The staff was friendly and efficient. My car was returned to me in spotless condition after the wash and servicing. The waiting area was pleasant and quiet and I didn't mind at all waiting for one hour for my car to be finished. It was a little oasis in my day.

Good service I went to dealership to buy a part for my car. They ordered the part and painted it which only took 1 day to complete. The service was excellent.

Service Henry was professional, honest. Service was done on time and a I got a call to inform me of extra maintenance to be done (brakes) and to get the go ahead to fix it. All done on time!
