We came in to trade my Tundra to a a RAV4. Tasy was our sales person and looked over the RAV4s with us as well as going for a test drive. She found as many of the colours on the lot so that I could choose my favourite. Tasy helped us with choosing the options that were suitable and when we asked questions that she did not have answers for, she asked Tim. One reason I gave all 5's to this dealership is because having been to other dealerships recently I found that information regarding the vehicle was given to me at the proper time. For example I didn't need an indepth demo regarding the vehicles features before I had even driven it to see if I liked it. I was not buying a vehicle on features alone. Greet experience all around. The staff were very knowledgable about their products. I sometimes go there just to talk and see whats new. We have bought three vehicles from them. My wife no longer wants me to go there because of the vehicles we have bought we haven't needed a new one but I like them so much that we got a new one just because I wanted one. A Sienna, a Yaris, and a Highlander. Loved the van at first but wanted to not believe I was a van person.

Recently purchased a new Toyota. It was a friendly,fair, no pressure transaction. We were drawn back to the dealership because of previous positive experiences there with our older Toyota.

Between my wife and I this last used vehicle purchase was our 3rd Toyota bought at Lethbridge Toyota. We dealt with each department (service, parts, detailing, finanance and of course sales) and all were a pleasure to deal with. It's very reassuring purchasing a Toyota from a group of people that owns Toyota's themselves. Will I buy another Toyota from Lethbridge Toyota? Absolutely!!! Of course it may be many years from now since Toyota's tend to last forever. Who could ask for anything more? TOYOTA!
