When I went in to get a new car I was really scared because of everything I had read online about salesmen scamming and pushing into things you dont want or need. Never had a better experience with a dealership - I've purchased new vehicles from Honda, Mitsubishi and now Toyota. I'll be staying with Lethbridge Toyota if they continue to be as good as they are. I have recently bought a 2014 Toyota Yaris from Lethbridge Toyota. Jorge was great to work with. He made the process of buying a car very quick and easy. The people at the dealer are very friendly, welcoming and professional. However, improvements could be made with the manufacturers "tow package" that came on our vehicle. I stated that we wanted to pull a trailer for camping and was assured that that was possible. However since we've received our vehicle, I've had to pay hundreds of dollars to re-wire it. Jorge listened to what we wanted, showed us the Prius v, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Archie was very friendly and easily explained how to use all the functions in our new car. Some problems occurred, but the dealership tried went out of its way to make up the difference.

Wheel alignment was done rightaway. I waited and did not have to come back. Car works great now. I always do my oil changes at the kiosk. They are quick and great. I also changed wiper blades.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Lethbridge Toyota and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. After our last purchase I 'liked' Lethbridge Toyota on facebook & it's then I began interacting with Camille Fairbanks. She is very creative & is absolutely fabulous at her job. I 'like' other dealerships on other social media sites however nothing and no one compares to Camille! What a pleasure it was meeting her!
