Great timing, great deal!! I walked into the dealership to browse the new vehicles as my 1997 Camry was in the shop and ended up buying the Tim Horton's Corolla. I just happened to be there when the guy that won it in the "roll up the rim" contest and stopped by to drop it off as he was going to sell it back to the dealership and use the money to go to school. We bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra without seeing the vehicle. We had only looked at the pictures provided and was given all the details on the phone or through e-mail. We were a bit nervous at first but after many questions we felt very comfortable. They delivered our vehicle to us in Red Deer and took our trade back with them and the whole process was smooth and seamless. Dan was very easy to deal with and any little things we found they have promised to take care of when we are down in Lethbridge in a few weeks.

I touched base with Lethridge Toyota via email before my visit to ask about a new truck purchase. Reid, of whom I had dealt with before, was more than helpful in providing me the information I requested and followed up with current photos of available trucks on the lot. My wife and I went into look at a 2013 Tundra Platinum. We had been to the dealship a couple of times to look at the different models. I finally had one picked out with the help of Mark and Tim. We received awesome service. The staff was very helpful with the purchase of our new vehicle, with helping us learn all the features it has, and introducing us to the service team. Recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza. My wife was looking for an all wheel drive, something different than the ubiquitous SUV's seen everywhere.
