The dealership would not honor their sale price, a difference of $500, which I believed was a reasonable request. The vehicle was a Toyota Certified. Not worth the extra money. Tires needed to be replaced. Wipers needed to be replaced. Windshield will need to be replaced. There was a distinct rattle in the front end. Took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership. They were shocked at what needed to be done for a Toyota Certified vehicle.

This is the only Toyota Dealership that I have been through across Canada that I never want to set foot in again. Service department is very rude and not very helpful at all.
