I went in looking for something specific, but found out that it was no longer available. Instead the friendly staff were happy to show me similar vehicles, being very respectful of my budget. They made the buying process incredibly easy and simple.

We went in to exchange our old Toyota for a newer Toyota. Fantastic experience, as always. Archie is so helpful, patient and understanding and in no way the stereotypical pushy salesperson. We're very happy with the new (to us) Sienna. It was cleaned very well, and any concerns I had were dealt with immediatley. Archie also followed up twice to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Hopefully, one day we can get a brand new one, and we would come right back to Lethbridge Toyota, without a doubt! Thanks!!

In my experience, Leth. Toyota usually has a good In my experience, Leth. Toyota usually has a good selection of all of their models,and we were able to find what we were looking for quite easily. The sales staff were very attentive, but didnt rush our decision process, and were very helpful with any questions we had.Follow-up service has been good so far, and all of our needs have been met.

Went in for regular service on my toyota sienna le, and ended up having to have front breaks done. Jamie was exceptional on helping me make the right decision to get my breaks done, she put two mechanics on the job so I could be on my way faster, kept me well informed and making sure if I needed anything well I waited, along with showing me my old brakes, so I could see the difference between mine and a new pair. Over all, it was a great experience and I appreciate all the time and effort Jamie did.

I am very impressed with Lethbridge Toyota. From the minute I walked into the Dealership, I was welcomed but the people we not pushy which I didn’t find at other Dealerships. Archie was there to answer any questions I had, we went for a test drive and he helped me purchase my car, a 2009 Toyota Yaris. My car has been everything and more than they promised. We have always found this dealership very good to deal with. We are a 'Toyota Family' as I have just purchased my second Limited Rav4,and, my husband owns a Limited Highlander.... and, we love them both. Our sales person was Archie, and, he was very easy, and, pleasant to deal with. We also had another salesman, who was also excellent.... he helped us on one of Archie's days off, but, unfortunately we do not remember his name.
