I was noticed first by staff and was asked if I needed help? Which I like because other dealer ships in the area I would have to find a sales rep. available and hope that they weren't busy to help me?

This is our 3rd Rav4. We had a tire problem after 42,00 This is our 3rd Rav4. We had a tire problem after 42,00 km's with Rav#2. Archie worked it out and gave us a 2012 for the same payments. Totally unexpected but he went the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. "Word of mouth" is very important in any business, and we have nothing but good things to say about Lethbidge Toyota.

Lethbridge Toyota's online service is incredible! I was so shocked by my "online greeter", fast, efficient, easy, and made me feel like you truly care about customer service. Way to go! Also, I bought my online, without even seeing it in person. I love it! The youtube video and front of the line customer service is amazing. I'd recommend you guys to anyone! You made me feel like you truly care about what the customer needs, not about making a profit.
