The dealership was in an easily accessible part of the city. When I arrived, the salesperson greeted me, offered me coffee and made me feel comfortable. I was given all the information needed in an easy to understand way, making the whole process go smoothly. My overall experience with the dealership and the people was a pleasant one. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Have purchased three Toyotas from Lethbridge Toyota and the sales staff (Ried Hollander has always been my salesman) and the service department led by Chris have always met my expectations.

Every aspect of my relationship with them is very awesome. The people I dealt with there are very friendly and ready to listen and even waive some company policy to make sure am happy. Great Job, keep it. I was even given 80% discount on oil change, is that not fantastic?

I have no words for the lack of integrity at Lethbridge Toyota. We bought a Toyota Sienna in Feb 2023 from a private seller. One of the sliding doors wasn't working, so we took it to Lethbridge Toyota (LT) for a price quote to get it fixed.There was also a recall on the sliding door at this time, so we also made an appointment for that. LT quoted us $1500 for getting the door fixed, which we were not willing to pay. They said they had done the recall, but it did not fix the issue. Fast Forward to May 2024. LADIES BEWARE! I've never had a good experience with Lethbridge Toyota. My first experience with Lethbridge Toyota was not great - when I bought my car and winter tires - and I was told by the person who sold me my car that they would give me a "free oil change." When I booked my oil change online (Oct) I specifically mentioned the FREE oil change. BEWARE! !! I was so disappointed to this dealership apparently there is an adds on aftermarket that includes running boards, lift kits and certain tires sizes that approved by their Service Parts Manager in coordination with our salesman Adnan but for some reasons they cut and ripped the fender inner liners on my brand new Tundra that results in ugly and unacceptable poor workmanship.
