Service department - WORST service I have ever experienced. Had the service department done their job properly, I would not be writing this. Service department said the person who was assigned to your vehicle is no longer working there, so you conveniently threw this person under the bus. Not accepting responsibility for poor service or lack of service. A memorable experience all right! ! I’m never leave this place happy it’s alway with anger and disgust. The AC on my car ran out after 1 year. They charged me to diagnose and fill it. A year later it stopped working again and they wanted to charge me again. I’ll buy a car somewhere else next time.

Most Untrustworthy Dealer! After agreeing to a price on trade-in and a new Tundra, I wanted to be completely sure that Lethbridge Toyota was satisfied with my trade, so I dropped the vehicle for inspection. Poor customer service Really bad customer service. Was in looking for a vehicle. The sales rep could not answer any questions about the vehicle I was interested in. He said he would look into the answers and contact me and he never did!

Long Waits for Service. Advisors don't call back. Service dept is very slow. Had vehicle at service for 7 hours for only 0.5 hours shop time work. This has happened numerous times. Going somewhere else for Toyota Service. ECP Platinum program warranty not worth the money. Toyota is very selective about what is covered and what isn't. Our A/C doesn't work after 60000km and is not covered under warranty. Love toyota, but this has been a very disappointing experience.

worst experience and bad service Its not a great dealer perhaps the worst one.i went here to change oil.after its done they told me to take car and also told my tire is getting flat due to a nail went inside.i told it was not there since i came and waited and finally left the car in your garage and told it might happened from ur premises.they did not agree and i request to seal the puncture but they told me i need to wait 3 days to get appointment.on my way back with car i got stuck in road.still i went there for next time b... read more

Acadia Wanted to buy a used nice Acadia from them. Right from the start of financing we were told to insure we got credit we would have to purchase extended warranty and payment protection ( scam) sure enough was declined. We went to Davis and we approved there for the 2nd car loan in 6 months and at a good interest rate too. Also for the next 4 weeks ever other day they call my cell asking for Dorothy. I told them repeatedly they had wrong number but they kept calling sometimes twice a day . Stay away from this dealership .

Bandaid the problem Nothing like having an on going issue, only to have a dealership postpone the problem until the warranty runs out. Even when they know there having problems with the product and now no longer use. Can't stand company's that do this to people. I wouldn't step foot in there again.

Buying Our Toyota Tundra We traded our 2010 Ford Explorer for the 2010 Tundra. The truck is great. Making the deal was harder. We agreed on a price and the winter tires and rims were to be included. However, although they could find the tires they finally had to say that there were no rims. We still accepted the deal, albeit with some reluctance.
