Very poor customer service This dealership refuses to respond to customer concerns not sure if it’s because I purchased a used vehicle and this is not on their priority list? I purchased a vehicle and have had no customer support regarding windshield or tail light. The issues have not been resolved and my calls or email have not been answered. I hope this helps get a call?

Bought new car with defective features - Donna & Jack R. I have been dealing with this dealership for 6 years and was always very happy with the service. Bad apple One bad employee Elvis can make the whole dealership fall . He almost wanted to tell me go away you will wait 45 minute for an oil change . I said why he said the new carss unrelastic story . Any way told him it is ok I am buying a new car . He did not care . I went to the show room no one single sales approach me . appalled Was trying to negotiate a deal on a used and new Rav4 and the sales rep actually told me and I quote...."my manager is angry feels you should do your shopping first" like xxx !!!!! Felt sorry for the poor sales guy
