Brought in my 2017 Rav 4 as the rear hatch wouldn’t close on the left side I was told that being an automatic door the left side rod was worn out and the cost to fix it was approximately $1600 or $400 to replace 2 manual rods. worse toyota dealer that I have dealt with. Got a vehicle rotor noise to diagnostic(rotor and pads were changed in the same dealer). After spending half a day, they still didn't recognize the issue and said my car is perfectly fine. If you got a real issue of your vehicle, this dealer won't even get the capability to recognize it. They can only do oil change and no better than Crappy Tire.
Was sold Prius 2022 and not told that it is not compatible with Android application
Its the most honest review you can ever get, these guys are rookies and just grab your money They screwed it up my vehicle in service , their diagnostic is so poor to trace the problem , if you have ecp they will make sure they get maximum advantage from toyota to get spare parts as a dealer and keep you unaware with the real problem, I will never recommend them to anyone
Sold a vehicle I was trying to finance out from under me. 0 mention of a hold or deposit until AFTER they sold it to someone else. They took 1 discriminating look at my credit and sold it to someone else. Getting 100k from a bank takes days. Selling assets or liquidating equity also takes time. Most people dont ok to cosign 100k without at least thinking it through. Don't waste your time here you won't get treated properly. Be warned. stay away!
My fiancé bought a brand new 2019 RAV4 XLE from Kanata Toyota in Fall 2018 and has foolishly serviced it repeatedly at Kanata Toyota. When he bought it in the fall of 2018, they couldn’t facilitate snow tires on rims for months into the season. So with their direction we went to a 3rd party store for winter tires and steel rims. Well I called for a price for a spare key for my wife’s 2012 Rav 4, asking for nursing discount & was given 10% off parts only with full labour charge, was given 3 prices by 3 different people, 35 for key 60 programming yesterday then price went to 55 + 70 & then finally 39.99+ 70 , very disappointing & it took 3 hours to get a call back price today, when they advertise same day service, how can this be, my nursing wife is stressed to the max & we get this type of response from a supposedly great dealer, don’t think we’ll ca... read more
I wish this could be a higher rating, because the actual service work seems well done. My issue is with front line service staff. This isn’t the first time I’ve sat waiting for extended periods of time, awaiting the vehicle service to be completed. Today was no different. Are not honoring in timely manner IZEV Prius Prime Rebate Very frustrating dealing with Sale team and Government rebate program for the 2500$ rebate which should have been applied at sale. Unfortunately I found out after purchase that other Toyota dealers (Huntclub) are applying the rebate at point of purchase.
