First new car purchase This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and I plan to return the next time around. The sales staff were friendly and always offered me a coffee as I walked through the door. They were open to making a deal and even stayed past closing to accommodate my busy schedule. Unlike previous car buying experiences, I'm not suffering from buyer's remorse!
Great service We test drove a Rav-4, as it was part of the segment of vehicles that we were shopping in. Had the purchase been based purely on the sales experience, Greg G would have won our business hands down. The Rav-4 wasn't quite enough vehicle for us, and the Highlander was too much. Too bad Toyota didn't continue to develop the Venza or a vehicle of that size and capability.
Amazing customer service! Our sales rep fought for the best price for us and gave us the best price for our trade in. Very knowledgable of the vehicle we wanted. Transaction was incredibly fast and smooth. A++

Disappointed by Tony Graham Toyota’s Response to a Known Paint Defect The photo speaks for itself. The paint on my vehicle is literally peeling off in large sheets. This is not normal wear and tear, stone chips, or neglect—it’s a paint defect that was significant enough for Toyota to issue a recall/warranty extension program. Not a good experience trying to get a price on a car. Dealers take advantage of the fact they have long lead times for most of their models.
Very disappointed that this dealership doesn’t offer a discount for serving military personnel. Even Hyundai has $750 discounts for the military.
