No accountability!!! My initial experience with Nissan was fantastic. However since purchasing my 2019 Nissan Kicks SR, I found a serious issue with the climate control system. The after sales service has been far from acceptable. I uncovered a VERY clear issue with the heating control (or lack thereof). And the attempt to have it repaired has been met with nothing but excuses, policies and an attempt to have me believe that the vehicle was designed to operate that way....basically to have ZERO control over the heat settings... read more
Untrustworthy I know, I know, I know! Why would I ever trust what a car dealership promised to do. But I did. When someone looks me in the eye and commits to something, I like to believe them. As the saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you … fool me twice, shame on me". There won't be a second time. Was told that repair work would be covered under warranty, and agreed to have the garage complete the work. In spite of this commitment, I was then presented with a substantial bill after the work was completed.
Arrogant Scammer!!! Be warned !!! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Leaf at this Nissan dealer 4 years ago with an extended warranty (Platinum Plan). My Leaf now has 58K km and it has all of the scheduled maintenance. I still go to Nissan Hunt Club for services even there is a new Nissan dealer 2 min from my house in Kanata now. When it had a problem with the charging 2 weeks ago, I brought it in for service. Bait and switch Negotiated a price by phone when they called me 3 times in 1 day. Drove in from an hour away on a tuesday night only to change the price once we get there. You had all the necessary information on file, dont blame me that I didnt understand. Did you think I would buckle because I made the trip? Bad customer service, bait and switch!!!
Discrimination against women I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Their service technician said I had the wrong size battery for my vehicle however I’ve never had any trouble with my battery. Following my visit I started having problems to discover that the technician did not tighten the battery therefore was not connecting. When I brought my vehicles back in and tried to explain to the service advisor I was cut off mid sentence and not heard. He said “well I’m not going to change your mind!” I fell so disrespected!!! Poor Service After Sales Nissan should shut this place down. Everyone here is a "manager" and no-one seems to know the products they are selling. It is a gong show here. Ken Seger who is the "Chairman's Club Winner" doesn't know how to work the computer who had to call in Ali for assistance. Ali the finance guy who was too busy smoking got the paper work all mixed up who had to pull-in the 'manager' Rachad who is a constant stress case. Raised many privacy issues, none were addressed Over the course of the last 4 years, I received correspance from this dealership adressing me as various names, even providing some personal details (someone elses name, address, contact information, vehicle specs). This happened on at least 2 occasions. First time, Hunt Club Nissan never bothered answering to either my voicemail or email. Nissan deserves better sales rep than Hunt Club Nissan Nissan offers great product, but please avoid this dealership. This dealer has so many turn overs and each person does not know what the previous ones said. Ali in particular is fit the usual "used car salesman". A smooth talker but does not know his products.
Frustrating Did a lease transfer from myself to another party for a vehicle bought at this dealership. There were problems throughout the whole transaction. 1. It took weeks to get the paperwork for the transfer set up 2.
