I’ve given this service center 3 tries. They disappoint me every time. Go somewhere else is my rating.
I was told 289$ before doing the service and at the time of delivery I was charged 504$ saying we made a mistake earlier… while they know I agreed to extra service after asking the total amount
Booked an appt for rattling sound under hood and 60K maintenance. Following maintenance, dealership called and advised that I needed new wiper blades, in-cabin filter and wheel alignment. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked about the rattling sound and was advised that I would have to book a separate appointment to include a test drive. Non responsive, unhelpful and not interested in helping to solve my issue. Would not keep me informed of progress then tried to blackmail me by saying I had to pay or I would not get my car back, even though I had full insurance coverage.
I had an awful experience having my vehicle serviced at Hunt Club Nissan But first, let me begin with MY mistake. I took too long to do an oil change, and it caused some issues where I was losing power during acceleration. The dealer did some investigating, and rightly discovered that there was sludge in my engine. Totally my fault. They tried a couple different engine flushes, got rid of some of the gunk, and handed it back to me letting me know it was a bit better, but the issue was still there. This was the worst service experience I ever have but not any more The service team leaders were rude unfriendly and unfair They caused me a serious problem due to their team’s carelessness which they never admitted I won’t recommend them to anyone

Their sales and marketing team approached me and I informed them that my negative experience with their unprofessional team caused me trouble, suffering and wasting lots of time in addition to huge costs. None of their managers called even to inquire and verify the issue. I will move to Nissan 417 instead, or I will change my car to another model.
I waited two more than two hours for average one hour service with other dealerships.
Pissed me off by charging me $2500 for brakes replacement. Avoid it if you can.
